3 Tips to Manifest Love

How to be in Flow and Manifest Love

From years of helping people to find their soulmates, I find that women tend to be in one of two states:

Flow ~~> Openness, expansiveness and joy 


Resistance ~~> Worry, anxiety and contraction

When you’re single and you don’t want to be – it’s easy to get tight and fearful. To overthink everything you do and say. To feel shut down or engage in negative thoughts.

But the thing is…  being open, joyful, radiant, and confident is much more attractive to a man.

AND it’s energetically essential in bringing true love into your life.

When you’re tight or restricted you’re actually putting a kink in the hose of your ability to manifest love.

When you’re feeling worried, stressed, anxious or hopeless, you’ll want to use these three simple steps to help you move out of resistance and back into flow:

1) Count Your Blessings – Make a list all the things you’re grateful for.  What are all of the blessings in your life? If you’re having trouble finding the silver lining – start with the small things. Fingers, toes, breathing, etc. Keep going until you feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Gratitude will open you up to all that is good in your life. It brings you into a state of joy, receptivity, relaxation and flow. The perfect place to be open to love.

2) Get Outside – Even if you’re not a nature girl, just going outside and looking at flowers or a beautiful tree or a bluebird sky can shift your energy. Time outside naturally moves you out of a tight place and into an open place.

It’s the connection with something bigger than yourself. Simply being present to the beauty of this planet can move you into a state of flow and expansiveness.

So even if it’s just sitting on your balcony or a stroll through the park, let nature have her way with you.

3) Move your body

Yoga, dance, running, hiking – any kind of movement you like!

I love to shift my energy through dance – I turn on my favorite music, close my eyes, let go and have a dance party by myself, for myself. Dancing like no one is watching is a fast and fun way to move out of resistance and into flow.
