In this first call you’ll be clearing out! You’ll learn how to let go of ancestral patterns, cultural bias, and sexual shame. So much of what you’re carrying in your body doesn’t even belong to you: it comes from the unconscious messages you’ve received since childhood.
Access your subconscious limiting beliefs about your body. The ones you didn’t even know you had. The core negative beliefs that are undermining your self-esteem. Learn powerful tools for shifting these old beliefs once and for all so you can move into body freedom.
In this third week we’ll heal the painful wounds: the times you got hurt, felt embarrassed, were shamed by someone else. You’ll learn how to bring light to those big and small moments that are at the root of how you feel about your body.
Now that you’ve cleared and healed the blocks that have been holding you back, you’ll learn how to shine your unique inner light through your body. To embody the confidence of the radiant woman that you truly are.
